Where We Ship

Noru currently accepts orders for eligible delivery addresses within the United States only. International delivery is not available at launch.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

Most orders begin processing within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard U.S. delivery is typically about 3–8 business days. Some products or destinations can take longer, so please allow up to approximately 15 business days after dispatch in less common cases.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season volume and destination-specific conditions can affect timing.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated from the items in your cart and your U.S. delivery address. The applicable options and cost are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Split Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. If that happens, you may receive more than one shipment confirmation or tracking number, and packages may arrive on different days. A partial delivery does not necessarily mean an item is missing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is added to your Shopify order updates. Tracking can take a short time to begin showing movement after a shipping label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@norupets.com. We will try to help before processing advances, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Delays & Delivery Issues

If tracking appears unusually delayed, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, email hello@norupets.com with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and help investigate the shipment.
