These Terms of Service govern your use of the Noru online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy and Returns & Refunds policy.

Store Use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with store security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse customer or store data, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Products & Product Information

Noru aims to present product descriptions, images, variants, pricing and availability accurately. Product information and inventory can change, and colors may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting and screen settings.

Pet products should be used according to their instructions and with appropriate supervision. Information on the store is provided for shopping and product-use purposes and is not veterinary advice. Nothing on the store should be understood as a diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention claim unless expressly stated, appropriately supported and permitted by applicable law.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order if an item becomes unavailable, product or pricing information contains a material error, payment cannot be completed, fraud or misuse is suspected, or fulfillment cannot reasonably be completed. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing & Payment

Noru's U.S. storefront displays prices in U.S. dollars. Prices may change before an order is placed. Applicable shipping charges, taxes and other amounts are shown at checkout where required or available. You agree to provide current and accurate payment, contact and billing information.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Items may ship from more than one fulfillment location and may arrive in separate packages. Shipping availability, estimated timing, charges and tracking are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations, damaged-item claims and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Third-Party Services

The store is powered by Shopify and uses service providers for functions such as payments, fraud prevention, fulfillment, delivery, analytics and customer communications. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices where they interact directly with you.

Intellectual Property

The Noru name, original store design, written content, graphics and other original store materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product and brand names, trademarks and imagery remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the store and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
